NAACP sets financial program

Continuing its practice of inviting local officials and professionals to speak at monthly meetings, the Fayette NAACP branch will hear from Cheryl E. Dixon for its October program.

Dixon has extensive experience in conducting money management presentations for individuals and groups in the Atlanta area.

She provides information on budgeting, developing savings plans, limited investing, credit card debt management, tax issues and general financial planning.

The branch meting will be at the Flat Rock AME Church Saturday, Oct. 13 at 4 p.m. The church is at 149 Old Chapel Road, just off Ga. Highway 54 between Peachtree City and Fayetteville.
