Local man charged with molesting girl A Fayetteville man has been arrested for molesting a 13-year-old girl at his residence. Chad William Hurd, 18, has been charged with aggravated child molestation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He has been released on $12,200 bond. According to warrants filed for his arrest by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department, Hurd molested the victim and forced her to miss curfew sometime between Aug. 1 and Sept. 15 of this year.
