Savannah Place now open in Troup

Jerry Ballard Homes, one of the best known and most active home builders in the Metro South area of Atlanta, has entered the Troup County market with the opening of Savannah Place in the LaGrange area.

Located at the intersection of Teaver Road and Pyne Road, Savannah Place will have 47 homes with prices starting in the low $100,000s. The community will be built in two phases with eight homes in the first phase.

Seven of these initial homes are already under construction, and the builder plans to begin the roadwork in Phase II later this month.

The homes in Savannah Place will have three bedrooms and two baths, and most of the homes will have vaulted ceilings in the greatroom and trey ceilings in the master bedrooms. The exteriors will feature maintenance-free vinyl siding with brick and stone accents on certain models, and the homesites are generally three-quarters of an acre or larger.

The community's location is convenient to LaGrange/Callaway Airport, the industrial park, LaGrange College, West Point Lake, and West Georgia Medical Center.

Savannah Place is being marketed by First Realty of LaGrange. More information about the community can be obtained by calling the real estate company at 706-883-6670.

Founded in 1979, Jerry Ballard Homes is presently active in Coweta County, Clayton County, Troup County, and Henry County. The award-winning company has a longtime commitment to provide "affordable elegance" for its homebuyers
