Jo-Par, Keller, Bullard welcome new associates

Don McKee has joined ERA Jo-Par Realty.

Through his former business, Don McKee Interiors, he has done makeovers not only on southside homes, but on southside businesses as well, for more than 30 years.

Hailing from East Point, and graduating from Russell High, he attended college at Georgia State University. In 1977, he attended real estate pre-license classes and became licensed to sell real estate.

Formerly, McKee served as President of the Exchange Club in Fayette County, and was active in the Forest Park Rotary Club as well. In addition, he has been a member of the Fayette and the Clayton County Chambers of Commerce.

As of April 1, McKee has moved into real estate sales at ERA Jo-Par Realty as his new full-time career. Broker Connie King comments that Don has a wonderful background for real estate and is already a master salesman.

Susan K. Smith is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

She has been in real estate since 1998 and is a resident of Sharpsburg. She is married to William Smith, and she has three step-children, Sarah, 17; Elizabeth, 14; and Carolyn, 13.

Her interests include shooting skeet and trap.

Monica Richard is a new sales associate with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A McDonough resident, she is married to Michael Richard. They have one child, Kaley, 8.

Keller Williams Realty welcomes Wendy Presley Henderson to its growing team at the Peachtree City-Newnan Market Center.

"Wendy knows this area very well, and she knows our industry well, too," said team leader Pat Christensen. "We know she'll be a wonderful asset to our team and to homebuyers and sellers in our area."

Henderson focuses on first-time homebuyers and land sales in Coweta County. She has been a licensed agent for four years, but has worked in the building industry since 1995. A native of Coweta County, she's lived in Coweta for the last seven years. "I joined Keller Williams because I want to work alongside top-notch agents in a professional environment," she said.

Suzanne Lane is a new agent with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Lane, who has been in real estate for 15 years, is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and a GRI graduate. She was a member of the ERA Million Dollar Club.

A Peachtree City resident, she is married to Terry Lane, who is retired from the Army and is now working in the governmental sector. They have two children, Patrick, 37, who resides in Houston, TX; and Tracy, 34, who lives in Salt Lake City, UT, and has two children, Jessica, 6, and Ryan, 2.

The Lanes are members of St. Andrew's-in-the-Pines Episcopal Church.
