Hampton Brook opens Phase II

The much anticipated Phase II is open for sales in Hampton Brook, a single-family residential community located one mile south of Hampton in Henry County.

The 80-home community, with homes priced from $113,900 to the low $140,000s, is located on Floyd Road, which runs off Arnold Road a short distance from State Hwy. 3.

Carole Williams of Lucy Freeland Realty, who is marketing the homes, said Hampton Brook has a new model home and there have already been 10 pre-sales in the second phase, which has a total of 28 homesites. She describes Hampton Brook as a great place to live for families who are "move-up" buyers, empty-nesters or the first time homebuyers.

The builder of the homes in Hampton Brook is Woodland Homes Inc., which is headed by Bill Spelce. Woodland Homes is offering a variety of plans in the community, including ranch designs, some with unfinished bonus rooms, raised ranch homes with drive-under garages, split foyer plans. Some plans have unfinished basements.

The homes are total electric and are sited on one acre-plus homesites, a large percentage of which are wooded. The exteriors are of low maintenance vinyl, and the front yards are sodded. Utility lines in the community are underground.

Builder Spelce, who said he builds homes with the customer in mind, has a background of more than 25 years in the home building field. Spelce started Woodland Homes in April 1998 and has previously been the exclusive builder at two communities in Coweta County. He also specializes in custom design homes in the South Metro area.

Persons wanting more information about Hampton Brook can visit the builder's furnished model home or call 770-897-9980.
