Pathway forms builder alliance with Brayson Homes

As Pathway Communities embarks on the most growth-oriented period in its history, the company welcomes Brayson Homes to its builder team.

"It is great to have an alliance with a homebuilder of this caliber," says Dan Camp, vice president at Pathway Communities. "Brayson Homes' longstanding reputation for quality and customer satisfaction in the Atlanta home building industry are a perfect match for our customer-oriented philosophy of creating communities with a real sense of place."

Brayson Homes will be building homes priced from the high $120's-$130's in SummerGrove and Avery Park, both of which are located in historic Newnan.

"Pathway Communities has a unique understanding of land planning and development," says Larry Kendall, Broker for Brayson Homes. "They focus their energy on creating quality living environments, while we focus on constructing quality homes at an affordable price."

Camp believes the Coweta County market is a prime location for Brayson's product. "Brayson's aggressive price points and quality product will no doubt make the company prosper in Coweta County," states Camp.

Onsite sales for Brayson Homes have already begun at SummerGrove and will begin at Avery Park in the next few months. Model homes are planned for both SummerGrove and Avery Park.

Founded in 1977 in Gwinnett County, Brayson Homes will build approximately 600 homes this year throughout the Atlanta area and anticipates over 700 homes sales in 2002. Brayson Homes is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder Award for quality construction and customer service.
