Live Oak opens model at Avery Park

Newnan-based homebuilder Live Oak Construction has opened its designer model home at Avery Park in historic Newnan. Live Oak Construction will be building 35 homes in Morningside, Avery Park's newest neighborhood.

Robert Ward, president of Live Oak, believes Avery Park is a perfect fit for his product and unique approach to homebuilding.

"I believe in the personal approach to homebuilding," says Ward. "Through the entire construction process, I am the main contact for the home buyer. The fact that I only build a limited number of homes each year allows me to concentrate on a quality product and complete customer satisfaction."

Priced from the mid $100's to the $170's, the Live Oak collection of homes at Avery Park is characterized by spacious and open floor plans and upgraded interior packages.

Developed by Pathway Communities, Avery Park is a 500-home, master-planned community reminiscent of Newnan's neighborhoods of the early 1900s. The community features 30 percent open space, walking trails and paths, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts, community parks and a commercial town center.

In addition, Avery Park offers potential ultra-fast Internet connections, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet. Homes are priced from the mid $100's to $300's.

Avery Park is located on Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 1-6 p.m. For more information, visit the Avery Park Web site at www.averypark.com, or call 770-252-9100.
