NAACP to hear U.S. attorney Richard H. Deane, U.S. attorney for rthe northern district of Georgia, will speak on racial profiling and other civil rights issues Saturday at the September meeting of the Fayette NAACP. The group will meet at 4 p.m. at Flat Rock AME Church, 148 Old Chapel Road just off Ga. Highway 54 west. Deane was appointed by President Bill Clinton in February 1998. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Georgia State University and Atlanta University.
