Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department for the past week:

Johnny Lee Layhew, 25, for making terroristic threats and acts.

Cheryl J. Bell, 42, for deposit account fraud.

Ina Yamir Bell, 32, for simple battery.

Morris William Bell, 34, for simple battery.

Stephanie Nicole Rakestraw, 22, for cruelty to children.

Selvin Orlando Colindres, 27, for giving a false name or date of birth.

Nathan Hoyt Harper, 35, for obstruction of a police officer and speeding.

Trell Selensky Rowe, 32, for driving with an expired tag, driving without a license and giving false information to a police officer.

Johnathan Landstedt, 20, for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Demetric Aronzo Outlaw, 24, for violation of probation.

Jonair Carrie Yorke, 20, for obstruction of a police officer and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Jason Loscy Guido, 20, for prowling.

Steven Maxwell Stenstrom, 20, for prowling.

Steven Matthew Underwood, 21, for prowling.

Keith M. McAlister, 30, for one felony count of violation of probation.

Philip Lamar Holland, 31, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).

Joel Richard Redfern, 18, for one felony count of theft by taking.

Fransis Parker, 28, for violation of probation.

June Arleen Mask-Atha, 40, for simple battery (family violence).

Stanley Lee Bryant, 43, for interference with child custody.

Michael Kevin Harris Jr., 20, for violation of probation.

Linda Gail Self, 35, for passing a bad check.

Tabitha Layhew, 31, for passing a bad check.

John Timothy Burrus, 37, for DUI and a stop sign violation.

Christopher B.J. Randolph, 24, for failure to appear in court.

Nichols Alan Meeks, 17, for theft by taking.

Richard Rhea, 33, for failure to appear in court.

Cornwall Elihu Kirkpatrick, 25, for DUI, fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, violation of the Georgia controlled substance act, reckless driving, violation of license restrictions, failure to maintain lane and driving with an expired tag.

Nathan Allen Davis, 22, for violation of probation.

Christopher Gary Chancellor, 23, for driving with a suspended license, giving a false name to a police officer and driving with a broken windshield.

Joseph Lee Harris, 54, for simple battery (family violence).

Kenyatta Milshi Harris, 29, for simple battery (family violence).

Joseph Howard Reid, 23, for driving with a suspended license.

Randall Steven Bennett, 20, for violation of probation.

Gregory Allen Phillips, 21, for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Webster Hall III, 23, for driving without insurance.

Clarence Daniel Harper Jr., 27, for failure to yield.

Danny Maurice Carpenter, 41, for deposit account fraud.
