Pathway wins marketing award

On the heels of winning 10 Professionalism Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Pathway Communities has once again been recognized for its marketing initiatives.

The Printing Industry of America has awarded Pathway with the coveted 2001 Premier Print Award, for the design and overall print quality of its brochure for The Peninsula, an upscale community in Peachtree City.

Peggy Sullivan, director of marketing and public relations for Pathway Communities believes, the appeal of the award-winning brochure is in its reflection of the community.

"The Peninsula brochure portrays the exclusivity and ambiance of the community, while at the same time incorporating design elements which reflect the distinctive neighborhood that is priced from the $500s to over $1 million," says Sullivan.

McRae Communications, Pathway Communities' advertising and public relations agency, was responsible for the development of The Peninsula brochure.
