Regency Hills begins final phase

Regency Hills, John Wieland's new neighborhood in historic Cascade, is opening its final phase with 54 new sites.

The new phase is selling from the $270s and features distinctive homes with highly appointed elevations ranging from 2,500 to more than 4,000 square feet.

A master-planned club neighborhood, Regency Hills features a combination of basement and non-basement, half-acre home sites and a variety of floor plans including ranch and traditional two-story plans, some with first-floor owner's suites.

All homes at Regency Hills will benefit from Wieland's 30 years of homebuilding experience and a 5-Year 20-Year Warranty, which Wieland calls the industry's best.

Regency Hills enjoys six acres of fun with its own private competition and wading pools, waterslide, lighted tennis courts and children's playground. The custom designed clubhouse has a meeting room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, fully equipped caterer's kitchen and large deck. The lower level features a fitness club. There is also a five-acre nature preserve with walking trails throughout the neighborhood, making it perfect for families.

Regency Hills is located in the Cascade area just minutes from I-285. The model and sales center are open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1-6 p.m. For more information please contact neighborhood sales manager Sherryl Mitchell at 404-346-0103.
