SummerGrove has record-breaking 6 months

As SummerGrove at Newnan tops its 200th home sale for the year and its 500th since the community's inception just two years ago, Maria Fabre-Hickman, Information Center manager at SummerGrove says the past six months at SummerGrove have been record-breaking ones.

"We have not only seen a dramatic increase in consumer traffic and home sales, we have seen our customer base broaden to include all of Georgia and many of our bordering states," says Fabre-Hickman. "At this rate, we are positioned to be one of the best-selling master-planned communities in the Atlanta area."

Peggy Sullivan, director of marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer responsible for SummerGrove, says the success is based on several factors.

"From its amenity package and championship golf course, to its proximity to the airport and downtown, to its technology program, SummerGrove is attractive to a wide range of homebuyers," states Sullivan. "The community's award-winning builder team and variety of product also add to the community's appeal."

Sullivan also credits SummerGrove's unique advertising campaign for the community's success. "Its simple, yet effective, visuals creatively portray SummerGrove's lifestyle," says Sullivan. "Suitably called, 'There's a lot to do at SummerGrove, dress appropriately,' the campaign features kids and adults dressed in attire that humorously showcases the community's many amenities."

There is a lot to do at SummerGrove. The community has over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a competition-size swimming pool, a variety of parks and an 18-hole, Golf Digest-ranked public golf course.

From Atlanta, take I-85 South to Exit 47 (Newnan). Go left on Hwy. 34 one mile and turn right on Shenandoah. SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah. Visit the Information Center, daily from 11 a.m.-6 p.m and Sunday 1-6 p.m. For more information, call (770) 252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com.
