Theater workshops offered

Fayette-Coweta Family Theatre, Inc. will offer two fun and creative workshops to educate those interested in the arts. Both shops will take place at the Peachtree City Library and require pre-registration.

The first woekshop offered will be "You've Got Character," Wednesday, July 25, from 5-7:30 p.m. The class is for ages 8-13 years old and will explore all the secrets of creating believable and complete characters onstage. The fee for this class is $25.

The second workshop offered will be "Voice For the Actor," Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 5-7 p.m. The class is designed for ages 9-14 and will cover all aspects of a proper "spoken" stage voice. Areas that will be covered are breathing, articulation, volume, pronunciation, inflection, pich and creating a character vocally. The fee for this class is also $25.
