Police Blotter
The following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week:
Charles W. Mencer, 28, of Peachtree City June 26 for driving with a revoked license and unlawful use of an automobile tag. Scott Andrew Smith, 19, of Peachtree City June 27 for violation of probation. Ryan Adam Hershman, 19, of Fayetteville June 27 for violation of probation. Anthony Clark Yebba, 18, of Fayetteville June 27 for violation of probation. Terreance Michael Harris, 28, of Marietta June 29 for driving with a suspended license and violation of the city noise ordinance. Erik Charles Campbell, 33, of Sharpsburg June 30 for DUI, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, failure to obey a traffic control device and failure to render aid after an automobile accident. Jack Chapman, 40, of Brooks July 3 for driving with a suspended license. Timothy Powell, 20, of Newnan July 5 for DUI and speeding. Shellie Reed, 33, of Peachtree City July 4 for DUI. Charles Reynolds, 23, of Peachtree City July 6 for violation of probation. Celerino Garcia-Garcia, 17, of Fayetteville July 8 for driving without a license and violation of a limited driver's permit. Police are also investigating the following incidents: A theft at First Union Bank July 6 when a person entered the bank and took $100 from a teller using a "flim-flam" technique. The incident took place between 3:40 p.m. and 3:55 p.m. A person driving a blue Ford Taurus struck an employee of Kentucky Fried Chicken at the restaurant July 6 at approximately 8 p.m. The victim was not injured.
