Hampton Manor now open

Donna Tidwell & The HomeTeam from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Henry County office have been selected to market the homes in Hampton Manor, a new single family residential community in Henry County.

Hampton Manor, located on Hwy. 81 just four miles from Interstate 75, will have a total of 41 homes priced from the mid $200,000s.

Builders in the community include Fleuriet Custom Homes Inc., MBS Custom Homes Ltd., and Meyer-Sutton Homes.

Standard features of Hampton Manor homes include brick on all four sides; coffered, trey or vaulted ceilings (per plan); a brick or marble fireplace with custom mantle and gas starter; marble whirlpool tub and separate shower in the master bath; marble vanity tops and ceramic tile flooring in all bathrooms; solid surface countertops throughout the kitchen; built-in microwave over (per plan); cooktop and separate range (per plan); custom cabinetry; hardwood flooring (per plan); architectural shingles; wood deck or patio (per plan); two or three-car garages (per plan) with automatic openers; security system; leaded glass entry door with matching sidelights/transom; brick mailboxes; stamped driveway entrance; and professionally-landscaped acre lot.

Some homesites are either on or offer views of the scenic lake in the community, and basement lots are available. Hampton Manor is in the Eagle's Landing High School, Luella Middle School and Mt. Carmel Elementary School district. The community has streetlights, sidewalks and underground utilities.

The available homes in Hampton Manor were spotlighted recently at an Agents Open House which was sponsored by Joe Farro of Primary Capital Mortgage. The food for the event, which drew a large group of visitors, was catered by Mary Stroud of "Ask" Mary.
