Wednesday, July 11, 2001 Monarch Village sales manager named Pathway Communities, the award-winning developer responsible for Monarch Village, a 440-acre master-planned community in Stockbridge, has named Nancy Craze as the community's first sales manager. A veteran of the real estate industry, Craze's leadership and management experience spans the spectrum of residential real estate. In her new role, Craze will oversee all Realtor operations for the community. Tutt Larsen, executive vice president of The Home Source Realtors, a subsidiary of Pathway Communities, believes the addition of Craze will further enhance Monarch's already strong sales and marketing efforts. "Nancy's management skills and extensive sales experience will be beneficial as Monarch Village enters into its most successful sales period in the community's history," says Larsen. Monarch's recent sales success is due in part to the community's vast amenity complex, which includes a water park with slide tower and water mushroom, a tennis complex with eight lighted courts and a 16-acre lake with boating and fishing.
