New agents in the area

Julie H. Parker is a new agent with the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Parker, who received her training through the MLS Training Institute, had two years of experience with companies in High Point, NC, with her duties including customer service and sales. For the past year and one-half, she served as operations assistant at APAC GA Inc. in Tyrone.

A Peachtree City resident, she is married to Michael Parker, and they have two children, Jessica, 7, and Lindsey, 6.

She attends Braelinn Baptist Church.

Melissa Cartwright is now with Re/Max Around Atlanta All-Stars in Fayetteville.

She has real estate experience in Fayette, Henry, Clayton and Coweta counties and is an active member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Her primary focus is on buyers representation with corporate and airline relocation. She is also devoted to first-time homebuyers.

A resident of Fayette County for more than 30 years, she has two sons, Deris (12) and Devin (8), who attend Brooks Elementary. She is active in sports and weight training.

ReGina Sherrer has also joined the Re/Max Around Atlanta All-Stars in Fayetteville.

She specializes in all phases of real estate, including new home subdivisions, resale homes, HUD homes and foreclosures.

Originally from Memphis, she attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and later completed her education in Atlanta, graduating from Beulah Heights Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Biblical education.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, teaching and interior decorating.

Allie Hudgins, a 12-year Fayette County resident, has joined Realmerica Realty, where he will be working with sellers and buyers of residential and commercial and land properties.

Prior to entering real estate, he has 32 years of sales and management experience and has won numerous awards and honors for his sales achievements in the office equipment industry. He transferred to Georgia in 1989 as a national sales instructor with a large office equipment manufacturer.

A member of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, he is past president of the Fayette County Adoptive and Foster Parents Association and a Marine Corps veteran. He has three daughters, one son and two grandchildren and is a member of Harps Crossing Baptist Church.

He lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Jo, and his youngest daughter, Renee.
