Avery Park sales manager selected

Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park in historic Newnan, announces the appointment of Mike Johnson as Avery Park's sales manager.

Johnson will manage all Realtor operations for the community including Realtor outreach and promotion.

Tutt Larsen, executive vice president of The Home Source Realtors, a subsidiary of Pathway Communities, believes Johnson's real estate and management background is a perfect fit for his new post.

"Mike's leadership and management style will be extremely valuable as Avery Park quickly becomes one of the best-selling master-planned communities in Coweta County," says Larsen.

Prior to joining the Avery Park team, Johnson was the sales manager for a custom home neighborhood. Before beginning his career in real estate nearly ten years ago, Johnson was a product and regional sales manager for one of the country's largest medical supply companies.

Johnson is enthusiastic about the future of Avery Park. "With the community's award-winning builder team, impressive amenity package and technology story, Avery Park is positioned to have a record-breaking year," says Johnson.

Avery Park is a community reminiscent of Atlanta's neighborhoods of the early 1900s. Walking trails and paths, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks are included in Avery Park's 30 percent green space and open areas.

In addition, Avery Park has a combination of ultra-fast Internet access, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet. Homes are priced from the mid $100s to $300s.

Avery Park is located on Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11-6 and Sunday 1-6.

For more information, visit the Avery Park Web site at www.averypark.com, or call 770-252-9100.

In addition to Avery Park, Pathway Communities is also developing SummerGrove in Newnan, Peachtree City in Fayette County and Monarch Village in Henry County.
