SummerGrove gets new sales manager

As SummerGrove at Newnan nears its 500th home sale, Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, has named Linda Nettleton as the community's sales manager.

Nettleton will be responsible for managing, training and overseeing all Realtor-related activities at SummerGrove.

Tutt Larsen, executive vice president of The Home Source Realtors, a subsidiary of Pathway Communities, encouraged Nettleton to join the SummerGrove team based upon the "high energy, high quality" work she has seen Nettleton perform in other communities. Larsen believes Nettleton will have an immediate impact upon new home sales in SummerGrove.

"Linda has been one of the best agents in the business for a long time," Larsen points out. "Now she's taking that wealth of experience and using it to develop a strong sales and Realtor program that will take the selling of homes in SummerGrove to a new level."

An eighteen-year veteran of the real estate industry, Nettleton has been named the company's "Agent of the Year" for two consecutive years and is currently president of the Fayette County chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors and a director of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. She has also obtained Certified Sales Professional and Graduate Real Estate Institute and Accredited Buyer Representative designations.

SummerGrove offers a variety of home styles priced from the mid $100s to over $600,000. The community has over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a 100-acre lake, a competition-size swimming pool and an 18-hole public championship golf course that was recently ranked by Golf Digest.

In addition, the community offers a unique technology program, including the potential for ultra-fast Internet access, structured wiring in every home and a community Intranet.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah. Visit the Information Center, open daily from 11 a.m.-6 p.m and Sunday 1-6 p.m.
