Wynnmeade plans before PTC commission Monday

A planned expansion of the Wynnmeade subdivision will be considered by the Peachtree City Planning Commission at its meeting Monday night.

The concept plat filed with the city calls for 107 homes to be added to the subdivision. If approved, it would join a host of other residential projects in the works off MacDuff Parkway, including the Cedarcroft subdivision by Ravin Homes, the Centennial subdivision by John Wieland Homes and the partially opened Summit Apartments.
