Flat Rock school sets registration Flat Rock Middle School has planned new student registration Monday, July 9 for this fall. Phone 770-969-2830 for an appointment. Appointments also will be available Aug. 3 - 7. At time of registration, bring two proofs of residency, such as a recorded and signed property deed or lease agreement and a current gas or electric bill. Also required are immunization records and eye, ear and dental records on current Georgia forms, available from doctors and the Fayette County Department of Health. Other documentation required include an original birth certificate, the student's Social Security card, photo identification of the registering parent, withdrawal papers and the last report card from the previous school and standardized test scores.   What do you think of this story?
