Five join All-Stars

Barbara Pearson, broker/owner of Re/Max Around Atlanta All-Stars in Fayetteville, has announced the addition of several new real estate professionals.

Becky D'Spain is new to the area but not to real estate. She comes from Re/Max Star Associates in Washington.

"The reason I wanted to work at Re/Max in the first place was because of the company's dedication to maximum client services," she said. "I'm so happy to join such a great office in the Fayetteville, Peachtree City and Newnan area."

Formerly and IBM marketer and financial counselor, Becky is a multimillion dollar producer who uses high-tech tools and delivers high-touch service "because my work isn't actually about houses, it's about helping people deal with their houses."

Her specialties include affordable homes, first-time buyer counseling and representation, architecturally significant homes, premium marketing, relocation, and development land acquisition.

Shelia Butler has been in the real estate industry for more than 22 years. Prior to becoming a licensed professional, she was a real estate paralegal with four of Atlanta's top law firms.

She specializes in first-time home buyers, as well as the 'for sale by owner' market. She services the Clayton, Atlanta, south Fulton, Fayette, Henry and Douglas County areas. Memberships include the South Metro Board of Realtors and Top Producers with Re/Max.

For relaxation and being in touch with nature, she enjoys horseback riding and camping. Her affiliations include Woods Memorial Baptist Church, the Missionary Board, and the Courtesy Guild. She has one son and one granddaughter.

Dan Kelch has been a full-time real estate professional for more than 10 years. Prior to becoming a licensed professional, he was a sales and marketing director for Wometco cable TV.

He holds an associate broker's license and is a certified marketing specialist. He has received several achievement awards in the real estate community.

He resides with his wife and stepson in the area. He enjoys boating and gardening, but most of all he enjoys being "Grandpa."

Byron Ray Pate has been in real estate since 1995. Prior to that, he served one year as assistant Clayton County administrator and was in private business before that.

He has listed homes and land in nearly every county in the metro area, and specializes in marketing homes, but his real love is working with zoning boards and developers to transform raw land into communities.

He is a member of the South Metro Board of Realtors as well as Second Baptist Church in Forest Park. He graduated from Harrells High School in North Carolina, attended Mars Hill College and Georgia State University, and graduated from John Marshall University Law School as well as Clayton College & State University.

He is married with three children and two grandchildren. He loves the outdoor life and works to provide wildlife facilities for birds and other game.

Connie Watson has been in the real estate industry for four years. Before becoming a real estate professional, she was (and still is) a Fayetteville hair care professional.

She specializes in foreclosure property, first-time home buyers, 'for sale by owner' clients and investment properties. She serves Atlanta, Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Henry and south Fulton counties.

The church of choice for Connie and her three children is New Macedonia Baptist Church in Riverdale.
