Barnes on board at Trotter's Farm

Carolyn Barnes has joined Patricia Sutton on the sales and marketing staff at Trotter's Farm, Forrest Homes' new swim/tennis community on Fayetteville Road in south Fulton County.

Ms. Barnes, who is a Fayette County resident, has been in real estate for 13 years. She was a top producer for Homeland Communities the past 10 years, serving as an on-site agent in eight of the company1s communities in DeKalb and south Fulton, and she was a multi-million dollar producer several of those years.

Located less than five minutes driving time from Shannon Mall and Interstate 85, Trotter's Farm has 35 one-half acre plus homesites in its initial phase. Home prices begin in the $130,000s, and the community's three and four-bedroom homes come in a variety of ranch, split foyer and two-story designs.

The seller is paying points and closing costs, and special financing allows for a zero deposit and a total of only $999 to move in.
