Wednesday, June 13, 2001 Deer Creek underway in Union City Brayson Homes, one of the North Metro area's most active home builders, is entering the Metro South market. The company has announced plans for Deer Creek, a 44-home community in the city limits of Union City. Located on Dixie Lake Rd., which runs off Hwy. 29 (Roosevelt Highway), Deer Creek will be a sidewalk and streetlight community with ranch designs starting in the low $100,000s.
