Police Blotter Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department for the past week:
Kimberly Hardin, 34, for deposit account fraud. Joseph Skinner, 18, for violation of probation. John Anthony Eubanks, 23, for passing a bad check. James Richard Newton, 46, for reckless conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Robert Timothy Walker, 54, for driving under the influence. Jack Dale Butler, no age listed, for DUI and simple battery (family violence). Charles Vincent Brookshire, 26, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Robert Jeremiah Teaver, 23, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Jerome Morgan, 47, for DUI, weaving, speeding, driving without proof of insurance, driving a vehicle with an expired tag and driving without a license on person. Michael Bryan Johnson, 33, for violation of probation. John Arnold, 38, for DUI and violation of limited driving permit. Michael Morris Head, 53, for aggravated assault. Khurram S. Syed, 19, for impersonating a police officer. John Edward Durden, 2,5 for violation of probation. Ferenadez Fitzgerald Thames, 38, for driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle. Robert Paschal Whaley, 32, for DUI and failure to keep prescription drugs in their original container. Ray Lee McElwayney, 35, for simple battery (family violence). Richard Wayne Robinson, 36, for violation of probation. David Jonathan DeLeon, 33, for abandonment of a minor child. Timothy Mark Wallace, 20, for violation of probation. Pamela Shaneyfelt, 35, for DUI, a stop sign violation and endangering a child by DUI. Eddie Gene Williams, 20, for DUI and failure to maintain lane. Jeffrey James Fallin, 24, for abandonment of a minor child. Lashunda Marie Davis, 24, for violation of probation. Tavares Middlebrooks, 24, for driving with a suspended license. Karen White, 42, for forgery (second degree) and theft by shoplifting. Eileen Lois Cruse, 51, for deposit account fraud.
