Coweta County Industrial Park manager Lewis "Buddy" Harrison announced last week the sale of three industrial tracts in the Shenandoah Industrial Park for a combined price of $1.43 million.

The announcements were made during last week's meeting of the Coweta County Board of Commissioners. The three property sales were unanimously approved by the board.

Harrison also noted that three additional sales are emminent. The approved sales include:

• A 16-acre tract sold for $960,000.

• An eight-acre unimproved tract sold for $342,000.

• A 2.9-acre tract slod for $123,000.

The emminent sales involve a 10-acre tract, a 5.5-acre tract and a four-acre tract.

Sales since Coweta County purchased the remaining properties in Shenandoah and Creekside Parks now total $5.17 million, or about 40 percent of the price the county paid for the park.

To-date sales involve about only 10 percent of the land purchased.
