Police Blotter Arrests The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department for the past week: Dwayne Warren Romport, 26, for failure to appear in court. Dennis Wayne Studle, 42, for violation of probation. Karen Rae Karp, 44, for driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop light. Timothy Patrick O'Connor, 38, for DUI and weaving over the roadway. Gary Levar West, 18, for violation of probation. Katherine Davis, 33, for violation of probation. Ricky Lamar Watson, 49, for driving a vehicle without a tag and driving with a suspended license. Kortney Hayes, 19, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Shad Hart, 21, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Jeffrey Scott Price, 20, for two counts of passing a bad check. Douglas Earl Farr, 32, for one felony count of violation of probation. Matthew Brandon Smith, 20, for speeding and driving with a revoked license. Kerry Roberts, 23, for two counts of forgery. James Edwin Peek, 46, for failure to appear in court. Toriano Jermal James, 28, for violation of probation. Darce Kevin Tyler, 30, for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Timothy Michael Hodges, 19, for failure to appear in court. David Barfield Jr., 24, for making harassing phone calls and abandonment of a minor child. Bobby Ned Smith, 38, for violation of probation. Thomas Thackston, 43, for violation of probation. David William Dixon, 43, for stalking (family violence), cruelty to children and simple battery. Stephen Michael Martin, 21, for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Stephen Lamar Baynes, 20, for failure to appear in court and underage possession of alcohol. Scott Rayle, 32, for simple battery. Angie Lynn Williams, 27, for passing a bad check. Edgar Bruce Carlisle, 21, for obstruction of a police officer, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Tania Melissa Badia, 25, for passing a bad check. Paul Sherard Seibert, 31, for disorderly conduct. Shelly Rosevelt Terrell, 17, for driving a vehicle without a tag, driving without insurance and violation of license class restrictions. Ronnie Foster, 47, for DUI and speeding. Gregory Bryan Walker, 21, for disorderly conduct. Kera Nicole Koon, 19, for simple battery. Heather Sipple Janinda, 26, for two counts of passing a bad check.
