Costs of proposed PTC road improvement projects In priority order the projects are as follows: 1. Eastbound right-turn lane, Ga. Highway 54 at Huddleston Drive (additional 300 feet) $85,000 2. Westbound left-turn and right-turn lanes on Hwy. 54 (new) $440,000 3. Huddleston-Dividend Drive-Paschall Road intersection (new) $175,000 4. Southbound right-turn lane on Ga. Highway 74 from Market Place Boulevard to Clover Reach (new) $150,000 5. Northbound left-turn lane on Hwy. 74 at Hwy. 54 (new) $55,000 6. Northbound right-turn lane on Huddleston (additional 250 feet) $102,000 7.
