Canterbury Springs opens third phase

Phase III, which has a total of 19 homesites, is now open in Canterbury Springs, a Jerry Ballard Homes community in the Coweta County city of Grantville.

Located on Hwy. 29 approximately two miles from I-85, Canterbury Springs offers homes from $88,000 to the low $100,000s.

The three-bedroom, two-bath homes have maintenance free vinyl exteriors with some brick accents, and there are single and double-garage plans. The front yards are sodded, and the community has public water, sewer, curbs and gutters.

Officials of the Jerry Ballard organization believe that a major factor in the marketing success of Canterbury Springs is the financing packages available. The community is FHA and VA approved, and if a couple qualifies, they can move into their new home with zero down payment with a Rural Development Loan.

Denise Rimlinger, who is a Coweta County resident, is the Jerry Ballard Realty Inc. representative in the community. The model home is open from 1-6 p.m. Saturdays through Thursdays. The telephone number for the model home is 770-583-3551.

Jerry Ballard Homes is one the the Metro South area's best known and most active home builders. Founded in 1979, the company is currently active in Troup County, Coweta County, Clayton County and Henry County. The award-winning company has a longtime commitment to provide "affordable elegance" for its homebuyers.
