Wednesday, May 9, 2001 SummerGrove exceed 500 home sales As SummerGrove exceeds 100 homes sales since January 2001, and over 500 homes sold since the community's inception in 1998, Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, is pleased to announce the addition of Home Innovations to the community's builder team. Guided by Rickey Mathews, a Senoia resident and Georgia Tech graduate, Home Innovations will be building in the SummerGrove neighborhood of Greatwood. Homes will be priced from $200,000 and will be traditional in style.
