SummerGrove exceed 500 home sales

As SummerGrove exceeds 100 homes sales since January 2001, and over 500 homes sold since the community's inception in 1998, Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, is pleased to announce the addition of Home Innovations to the community's builder team.

Guided by Rickey Mathews, a Senoia resident and Georgia Tech graduate, Home Innovations will be building in the SummerGrove neighborhood of Greatwood. Homes will be priced from $200,000 and will be traditional in style.

"As consumer demand for SummerGrove continues to reach an all-time high, Home Innovations brings another great product offering to SummerGrove," explains Dan Camp vice president at Pathway Communities. "I believe Home Innovations' quality product at a price approachable to many home buyers will be highly sought after."

In addition to SummerGrove's builder program, which consists of 13 builders and 10 model homes, SummerGrove has one of Atlanta's most impressive amenity packages.

The community has over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a variety of neighborhood parks, a 100-acre lake, a competition-size swimming pool, eight lighted tennis courts and an 18-hole, Golf Digest-ranked public golf course. A second amenity center featuring a water park, boating facilities and tennis courts is currently under construction.

SummerGrove also offers an innovative technology program, including structured wiring for every home, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and an interactive community Intranet.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Boulevard. The Information Center is open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit the Web site at www.summergrove.com.

In addition to SummerGrove, Pathway Communities is also developing Avery Park in Newnan, Peachtree City in Fayette County and Monarch Village in Henry County.
