School plans on Fayetteville P&Z agenda Tuesday

Fayetteville officials will get their first look at details of plans for a new school on Lester Road during the Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission's work session Tuesday.

Commissioners meet at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.

Agenda items include:

Revised elevations for Gold's Gym, 720 North Glynn Street.

Revised elevations for Wings & Things, 389 Fayette Place.

Development plans for ADC Recycling, First Manassas Mile Road.

Special exception and development plans for Racetrac Petroleum, Inc., 1060 Highway 85 North.

Development plans for the Fayette County Board of Education concerning its property on Lester Road, which is now before the City Council for possible annexation.

Development plans and revised elevations for Fayette Family Dental at 105 Braxton Court.

Rezoning from R-30 to C-2 for Louis Grech at 300 North Jeff Davis Drive.

Rezoning from C-2 and R-30 PUD to O&I for Thomas Enterprises (Bank of America) at the southwest corner of Ga. Highway 314 and New Hope Road.

Discussion items include the processing of wet trash at the recently approved Crews Environmental site on First Manassas Mile Road, and a special exception application for a Mr. Transmission at 705 Ga. Highway 54 west.
