Students place first in FCCLA conference McIntosh High School's FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) student organization attended the state leadership conference and competed in STAR (Students Taking Action with Recognition) events April 19-21. Ashley Stein and Kierra Florence received a gold medal in the Focus on Children event. Addie Poole and Natalia Montalvo placed first in the Job Interview event. All three first-place winners will attend the national convention in Anaheim, Ca. during July where they will compete for national recognition.
