Two McIntosh boys arrested for touching female student By JOHN
MUNFORD
Two McIntosh High School students have been arrested for sexual battery after allegedly touching a female student on school grounds last month. According to a report filed by the Peachtree City Police Department, the incident was reported March 30 by the victim, who is 15 years old. The two suspects are 14- and 15-year-old boys who are also students at the school. Wayne Robinson, director of secondary school operations for the Fayette County School System, said the students were given an out-of-school suspension for the breach of the student conduct code regarding inappropriate contact between students. Robinson made it clear that this was not students having sex somewhere on school grounds and it only related to inappropriate touching. "It was the first offense of something that was inappropriate," Robinson said.
