Wednesday, April 11, 2001 Monarch Village opens ninth designer model Pathway Communities, developer of Monarch Village, a 440-acre master-planned community in fast-growing Henry County, is pleased to announce the opening of the David Weekley Homes model. This model represents the community's ninth fully-furnished designer model home. David Weekley Homes is one of the country's largest and most respected home builders and their work has recently been featured on NBC's Today Show. According to Charles Biele, Pathway Communities senior vice president and general manager, the David Weekley model is the ninth of 13 decorated model homes planned for Monarch Village. "Monarch Village is the only master-planned community in the area with nine designer model homes and nearly 100 spec homes under construction," says Biele.
