Wednesday, April 11, 2001 Futch earns CIPS designation
Marlene Futch of Century 21 Southern Crescent has successfully completed the educational requirements of the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors in Glasgow, Scotland. Topics included special problems in international transactions, cultural and historical elements of the client's region, and marketing properties and services. "We feel fortunate to have Ms. Futch associated with our company," said Century 21 Southern Crescent broker Anne T. Minter.
