Wednesday, April 11, 2001 Avery Park opens new custom home Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park, a 380-acre master-planned community in historic Newnan, is pleased to announce the opening of its custom home showcase. Located in The Boulevard, Avery Park's custom home neighborhood, the showcase displays product from three of the area's top custom builders and gives prospective home buyers a glimpse of today's leading custom and architecture trends.
