Avery Park opens new custom home

Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park, a 380-acre master-planned community in historic Newnan, is pleased to announce the opening of its custom home showcase.

Located in The Boulevard, Avery Park's custom home neighborhood, the showcase displays product from three of the area's top custom builders and gives prospective home buyers a glimpse of today's leading custom and architecture trends.

"Custom builders Chadwick Homes, Rossetti Quality Custom Homes and Ruttinger Builders are creating homes with today's conveniences in a setting that is reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Newnan," explains Chris Seamen, sales representative at The Boulevard. "The builders' attention to

detail and quality craftsmanship is evident from the foyer to the fireplace."

In addition to custom homes, Avery Park also offers traditional and turn-of-the-century homes by local and national production builders.

Avery Park's variety of home styles is complemented by its assortment of amenities. More than 30 percent of Avery Park has been designated green space and open areas.

Other amenities include walking trails and pedestrian paths, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts, community parks and a commercial Village Square.

In addition, Avery Park offers a combination of potential ultra-fast Internet access, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet.

Homes are priced from the mid $100s to $300s.

Avery Park is located on Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11-6 and Sunday 1-6.
