Fifth designer model opens at Avery Park

Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park, a 380-acre master-planned community in historic Newnan, is pleased to announce the opening of the community's fifth designer model home.

Built by South-Tree Enterprises, the model is turn-of-the-century in style with an open, contemporary floor plan.

South-Tree Enterprises will be building both traditional andturn-of-the-century style homes in Bentley Chase, Avery Park's newest neighborhood. Priced from the $180s, many homes will feature rear-entry garages and alleyways, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment.

South-Tree President Chuck Ogletree is excited about the model home opening.

"As a builder, I appreciate the way Avery Park has become such a unique compliment to the City of Newnan's historic charm," explains Ogletree. "I believe South-Tree's product here at Avery Park will further enhance the community's connection to the past."

In addition to addressing the past, Avery Park is also focused on the future. Every home in the community has a combination of ultra-fast Internet access, upgraded wiring and an interactive community Intranet.

Adding to Avery Park's appeal are the community's vast green belts and open areas, which make up more than 30 percent of the community.

Other amenities include walking trails and pedestrian paths, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts and community parks.

Homes are priced from the mid $100s to the $300s. In addition to turn-of-the-century and traditional styles, custom homes are also available.

Avery Park is located on Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11-6 and Sunday 1-6.
