Peachtree City Police are investigating reports that someone was attempting to sell the drug known as "ecstasy" at McIntosh High School last Thursday.

According to reports, a description of the suspect was obtained and police saturated the school area but attempts to locate him although they were unsuccessful.

A number of students reported that a white male, listed as 5'6" with several earrings and a lip ring, had offered the Ecstasy drug to other students. One student told police after school that she overheard students talking to each other about the alleged dealer, according to the report.

Police were unable to determine if the person offering the drugs was actually a McIntosh student or not, reports indicate.
