Located on Alexander Street in Union City one mile west of Shannon Mall, the community will have a total of 65 homes with prices starting at $89,900. The builders in the community, Starcraft Homes and Ivy Creek Builders, are offering seven different floorplans, including ranch and two-story designs. The homes contain from two to four bedrooms and two to two and one-half baths, depending on the plan.
