Wednesday, March 14, 2001 Paladin Estates under construction The first homes are under construction in Paladin Estates, The Edson Group's new single-family residential community in Henry County. Located on Catalina Parkway, which runs off Pleasant Grove Road near the Rockdale County line, Paladin Estates will have 32 homes on one to four-acre homesites. Prices in the community start at $119,900. The Edson Group LLC is headed by Angela Edgar, who has been in the building and development field for 20 years. Her current company is a six-year-old family business, including her husband John, who has been with the company for four years, and their son Adam. The Edson organization has built in DeKalb, Henry and Clayton Counties and at Lake Oconee in Greene County. The company has just sold out Greystone in DeKalb County, and it is currently building in Oak Bluff and Brook Hollow in Henry County, City Square in McDonough, and Lee's Ridge in Clayton County.
