Wednesday, March 14, 2001 Open house held at Lake Dow The Clowdus Team from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Henry County office recently hosted a Realtors Open House for Craig Britt Homes at The Woods of Lake Dow in Henry County. A large crowd turned out to tour the building company's homes and to enjoy food catered by Mary Stroud of Ask Mary. Craig Britt Homes has six homes nearing completion at The Woods of Lake Dow, located at the intersection of Airline Road and Lake Dow Road. The homes, which are being marketed by Susan Clowdus and Sue Polley Thomas from The Clowdus Team, have prices beginning in the $150,000s. Clowdus and Thomas are also representing Craig Britt Homes in Pheasant Run, a new community of 50 homes on estate-sized lots located at the intersection of Snapping Shoals and River Road in the Ola area of Henry County. The prices of these homes are from $170,000 up. Britt, who describes himself as a "hands-on" builder, has been in home building since 1978. His company builds 20 to 30 homes a year.
