Pathway unveils plans for Peninsula

Pathway Communities, developer of Peachtree City, has broken ground on what Pathway executives are calling the company's most upscale neighborhood in its 25-year history.

The Peninsula, a neighborhood of 54 custom homesites nestled on the banks of Lake Kedron in Peachtree City, will be priced from $550,000 to over $1 million.

Builders for this exclusive neighborhood will be Chadwick Homes, Huddleston-Thompson, Inc., Jordan Homes and Regency Homes.

Dan Camp, general manager for Pathway Communities, calls the builder group "a collection of the best custom builders in the Atlanta area." He continues, "These award-winning builders, coupled with the neighborhood's unique atmosphere, will help to make The Peninsula one of the most sought-after upscale developments in Atlanta."

The Peninsula will feature an open-air pavilion, walking paths, manicured grounds, a tennis court and a variety neighborhood gathering places. Many of the 54 homesites will be situated on the lake and border the neighborhood's vast green belt.

"When you visit The Peninsula," Camp says, "you'll notice some things immediately. From the landscaping throughout the community to the preservation of the great, old trees to the lakeside setting, The Peninsula is positioned to be one of Atlanta's great upscale developments."

Even as construction has begun at The Peninsula, word of the community has piqued the interest of potential home buyers.

Jane Young, sales agent at The Peninsula, reveals that eager homeowners have already reserved 15 homesites.

"I've never seen pre-construction interest like we've had here at The Peninsula," says Young. "Of course, there's never been a community like The Peninsula."

The Peninsula is located on Peachtree Parkway, two miles from its intersection with Ga. Highway 74. For more information, contact Young at 770-632-6181.
