Wednesday, March 14, 2001 Hornfeck gets senior designation Terri Hornfeck, a sales associate with Re/Max Results in Peachtree City, has recently been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation. Given by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC), it allows Hornfeck to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home or buying rental property. She can also help in managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, or moving to a senior community. By earning the SRES designation, Hornfeck has demonstrated that she has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Hornfeck has been in the real estate business since 1989 and has also earned other nationally recognized designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Sales Professional. A continual top producer in Fayette County, she specializes in residential real estate.
