Wednesday, March 14, 2001 Pathway names builder team for Avery Park Pathway Communities, developer of Avery Park in historic Newnan, has announced the select builder team for two new Avery Park neighborhoods Bentley Chase and Morningside. Chadwick Homes and Live Oak Construction are the featured builders for Morningside and Prestigious Homes and South Tree Construction are the exclusive builders at Bentley Chase. "Avery Park contains a wide variety of neighborhoods, each with its own story to tell," states Dan Camp, Pathway Communities general manager. "We have carefully selected this builder team based upon their individual architecture style and price range." Homes in Bentley Chase and Morningside will be priced from the mid $100s, and architectural styles will range from traditional to turn-of-the-century. Avery Park is a 500-home, "village square" community reminiscent of Newnan's neighborhoods of the early 1900s. The community features 30 percent open space, walking trails and paths, a competition-size swimming pool, tennis courts, community parks and a commercial town center. In addition, Avery Park will have a combination of potential ultra-fast Internet connection, upgraded wiring in every home and an interactive community Intranet.
