Pathway names builder team for Eastlake at Summergrove

As peak home buying season draws near, Pathway Communities, developer of Coweta County's SummerGrove, has announced the builder team for the community's newest neighborhood, Eastlake at SummerGrove.

Kenny Johnson Homes, Patrick Malloy Communities and Prestigious Homes have been chosen as the builder team for Eastlake. Homes will be priced from the $150s and range in style from traditional to turn-of-the-century.

"We have carefully selected each builder to reflect the architectural styles and price range at Eastlake," says Dan Camp, vice president at Pathway Communities. "With the combination of Eastlake's premier builder team, its amenity offerings and its affordable price range, we believe Eastlake will continue to make SummerGrove one of the most successful master-planned communities in Atlanta."

Eastlake at SummerGrove is a collection of over 260 homesites and will be home to SummerGrove's second amenity center. The amenity center will be situated next to Lake SummerGrove and will include a water park, playgrounds, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts and community dock.

Other amenities for Eastlake include tennis courts, walking paths and a variety of parks and neighborhood gathering places.

SummerGrove has over five miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, a variety of neighborhood parks, a 100-acre lake, a competition-size swimming pool, eight lighted tennis courts and an 18-hole, Golf Digest-ranked public golf course.

In addition, the community offers an innovative technology program, including structured wiring for every home, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and an interactive community Intranet.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd in Newnan. The information center is open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call (770) 252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com.

In addition to SummerGrove, Pathway Communities is developing Avery Park in Newnan, Peachtree City in Fayette County and Monarch Village in Henry County.
