Daniel Lemont Mobley, 27, for driving without insurance and driving with an expired license. Jarrod Wayne Moss, 22, for violation of probation. Antonio Delvon Faison, 18, for aggravated sexual battery. James T. Ferguson, 30, for violation of probation. Christopher Allen Graves, 31, for failure to appear in court. Helen Neal, 31, for violation of probation. King Stevenson, 20, for violation of probation. Starr Sharon, 26, for passing a bad check. Damon Black, 51, for violation of probation. Andrea David Gilbert, 30, for making terroristic threats and acts. James Fanning, 31, for one felony count of peeping tom and giving a false name to a police officer. James Donald Munson, 34, for violation of probation. Joy Jirapore Wanless, 28, for violation of probation. Delynn Stokes, 33, for possession of methamphetamine. Karen Lynn Green, 44, for possession of methamphetamine. Scottie Cox, 29, for possession of marijuana. Nathangela Gotell, 21, for failure to appear in court. Juan Carlos Rodriguez, 25, for failure to appear in court. Albert Melton Thornton, 48, for DUI and possession of an open container of alcohol. Joseph Adam Smith, 19, for underage possession of alcohol. Benjamin Brasel Simpson, 19, for underage possession of alcohol. Kevin Michael Adcock, 18, for underage possession of alcohol. Bruce A. Walker, 42, for driving with a suspended license and giving a false name to a police officer. Brette Kristin Duffner, 17, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Frank Weiss, 43, for DUI and violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Grey Columbus Olsen, 20, for possession of marijuana. David Bowyer, 38, for DUI and failure to maintain lane.
