TDK Boulevard extension plans to be revealed

MUNFORD An informational meeting on the future extension of TDK Boulevard into Coweta County will be conducted at City Hall in Peachtree City Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The projects will involve the extension of the road from Dividend Drive in the industrial park to McIntosh Trail in Coweta County. Plans for the project include a bridge that will be necessary to provide the link. The extension is predicted to help ease traffic on Ga. Highway 54 west as Coweta County residents coming to work at the industrial park will be able to take that route instead. Preliminary plans for the extension will be available at the meeting, which is being conducted by Peachtree City. The city also will accept written comment addressed to "TDK Boulevard Extension." Those comments may be mailed to 151 Willowbend Road, Peachtree City, GA 30269, or e-mailed to troy@peachtree-city.org.
