Fred Smith, 63, for failure to appear in court and theft by deception. Marian Dearik Johnson, 40, for passing a bad check. Jacob Lowell Denson, 20, for violation of probation. William Roland Tarkington, 38, for violation of probation. Sonny James Schofield, 21, for violation of probation. Fred Darby Jr., 39, for driving without a license and driving without a seatbelt. Martin Cart Kash, 57, for driving without a license and driving without a seatbelt and a tag violation. David Eugene Brooks, 30, for child abandonment. Mark Moss, 40, for theft by deception. Jeffery Fitzgerald Clemmons, 36, for violation of probation. Andria Thurman, 27, for passing a bad check. Deonda Alexander, 29, for driving with a suspended license. Stephanie Walden, 28, for passing a bad check. Sonya Tonette Carter, 33, for passing a bad check. Recaita Heard, 40, for violation of probation. Sandra Patrick, 35, for forgery in the second degree. Jessica Robinson, 23, for violation of probation. James Andrew Sweatman Jr., 29, for giving a false name to a police officer, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain lane. James West, 19, for simple battery. Robert Jemal Bussie, 31, for violation of probation. Lajay Clayton Burkes, 19, for driving with a suspended license, speeding and giving false information to a police officer. Stephen McCord Dodson, 24, for violation of probation. Justin Alexander Bowles, 19, for giving a false name to a police officer and underage possession of alcohol. Scott Richard Basile, 19, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act.
