Girl Scout fund-raiser set The ninth annual Friends of Girl Scouting fund-raising dinner will be Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Whitewater Country Club. Keynote speaker will be author Dr. Ferrol Sams Jr. Business and civic leaders are combining their efforts in planning the event.
