Police Blotter

The following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week:

Daniel John Siewart, 39, of Peachtree City Jan. 20 for driving under the influence, fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer and failure to meet golf cart operation requirements.

Danny D. Delay, 43, of Senoia Jan. 20 for DUI, following too close and driving without a license on person.

Ricori Orlando Penson, 18, of Peachtree City Jan. 23 for underage possession of alcohol.

Glen Michael Berry, 25, of Peachtree City Jan. 24 for driving with a suspended license.

Gregory Scott Baldwin, 21, of Tyrone Jan. 24 for violation of probation.

Mitchell W. Burrows, 19, of Peachtree City Jan. 24 for violation of probation.

Michael K. Brantley, 23, of Atlanta Jan. 24 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and speeding.

Barron Antonio McCoy, 30, of Decatur Jan. 26 for driving with defective equipment, driving with a suspended license, failure to properly restrain a child and giving a false name or date of birth to a law enforcement officer.

A 16-year-old juvenile of Peachtree City Jan. 26 for attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, speeding, passing in a no passing zone, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, driving without headlights on, improper backing and failure to signal while changing lanes.

Gary A. Yates, 45, of Peachtree City Jan. 26 for DUI (accident with injuries), following too close and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Julia M. Sutton, 33, of Peachtree City Jan. 26 for driving without insurance and unlawful use of a motor vehicle tag.

A 16-year-old juvenile of Peachtree City Jan. 27 was charged with runaway, theft and obstruction.

Randolph Palmer, 44, of Newnan Jan. 27 for DUI and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Michael J. Pierson, 32, of Newnan Jan. 28 for failure to appear in court.

Jessica T. Robinson, 23, of Peachtree City Jan. 28 for DUI.

Valerie Panutich, 54, of Peachtree City Jan. 28 for simple battery (family violence act).

Dwight D. Pope, 44, of Gay Jan. 29 for violation of probation.

Peter R. Hesse, 17, of Peachtree City Jan. 29 for disorderly conduct.

A 16-year-old juvenile Jan. 29 for disorderly conduct.

Police are also investigating the following incidents:

A large fuel tank was taken from a construction site on Hwy. 74 South near Rockaway Road.

A residence on the 100 block of Grenoble Road was damaged.
